If you follow me on Snapchat you probably know that Maia loves snacks. She loves trying new snacks and I love to see her different gestures trying new textures. Furthermore, I’m concerned on what she eats. I am getting her since little to get used to eat right and healthy. I’m the kind of mom I get frowned looks because I give her no sugar. That’s why we are eating organic without sacrificing great taste. Today I team up with Annie’s Homegrown to tell you the benefits of eating organic without sacrificing taste and our budget.
Eating organic is important to our family because these products are grown without synthetic chemicals. Because of this, is better for our bodies. Organically grown foods are richer in nutrients. This way we get the nourishment our bodies really needs. Other commercially products lacks of real nutrients so important in our diets.
For those of you who don’t know, my family and I are very concerned about the Planet environment. We chose to cloth diaper instead of disposable diapers and breast feed. In this little way we contribute in taking care of the Planet. Eating organic preserve our Eco systems as well. Organic agriculture feeds the Earth not just us. We contribute in preserving water and biodiversity with organic foods because harm and toxic pesticides are not used.
Eating organic can sound like expensive but it doesn’t mean spending and splurging with Annie’s Homegrown. With Annie’s you don’t gave to say goodbye to great taste either.
